This competition lets you push the boundaries and be more innovative with Indonesian dishes—especially soto, satay, or fried rice. All you have to do is make a soto, satay, or fried rice dish using selected ingredients. Be as creative as possible and go crazy with your ideas! Don’t be afraid to try out unique recipes like Fried Rice with Flower Crab (Rajungan), Salmon Koya Soto, and Jengkol Rendang Satay.

You read that right. Each winner from the soto, satay, and fried rice categories will get 50 million rupiah, as well as a chance for fame as your dishes will be reviewed and shared by a social media influencer! Better get ready for long queues in your restaurant.
How to qualify
Any culinary business owner—with a maximum of 10 restaurant branches—can join the competition.
Participants must create innovative soto, satay, or fried rice dishes using at least 1 basic ingredient and 1 ngulik ingredient from the ingredient lists at the bottom of the page below.
How to join
- Register on www.NgulikRasa.com or www.sahabatufs.com/NgulikRasa. If you already have a Sahabat UFS account, you can simply log in. Make sure the phone number you listed can be contacted.
- Buy the necessary UFS products on Blibli.com.
- Upload the dish photo, recipe, name and story. Remember to list the Basic or Ngulik ingredients used.
- Submit the application, then wait and see if you won!
