Many people wait for opportunities or situations to be perfect before they finally strive towards greatness. For him, however, growing or becoming better should not depend on the situation. Rather, it must be sought and pursued at all times. "Do what can be done first,” he added; an important piece of advice for the future generations of Indonesian chefs.
