Preparation

  1. How To Make Chicken Filled Cireng:

    • Heat 300 ml of water.
    •  Mix 300 grams of Tapioca Flour, 30 grams of wheat flour, 15 grams of garlic powder, 5 grams of salt, and 8 grams of Knorr Chicken Powder in a container, then add hot water to the flour mixture.
    • Heat the oil, then saute 15 grams of garlic, 25 grams of shallots, 25 grams of large red chilies, 5 grams of cayenne pepper, then add 50ml of water.
    • Add chicken fillet, stir evenly, then add 5g salt, 1g pepper, 3g sugar and 10 grams of Knorr Chicken Powder.
    • Place the chicken filling in the middle of the cireng skin, then fold and mold until it forms a pastel-like-shape.
    • Fry the cireng in hot oil until golden.
    •  Chicken filled cireng is ready to be enjoyed with Tom Yam sauce!
  2. How to Make Tom Yam Sauce:

    • Heat 500ml water.
    • Mix 25 ml Knorr Tomyam Paste, 15 gr red chilies, 5 gr coriander leaves, and 15 gr sago flour in the ware, then stir evenly.
    • To thicken the sauce, add 15 grams of sago flour, stir evenly while heating.
    • Tom Yam sauce is ready to be enjoyed with chicken-filled cireng!
