Preparation

  1. Nori Corn Fritter

    1. Mix the Nori Corn Fritter ingredients and add water slowly until the mixture become solid 
    2. Add the mixture to Nori then fry until it turns golden brown 
    3. After the Corn Fritter cools down, sprinkle the seasoning on top
  2. Cipokki

    1. Mix all the main ingredients for Cireng until the mixture is even, then add tapioca starch and green onion 
    2. After the mixture is soft, layer it with tapioca 
    3. Fry on 180°C until the mixture expands 
    4. Cook the topokki sauce ingredients, when it’s done and thick then proceed to strain the liquid and serve
  3. Gold powder banana

    1. Mix the all purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, brown sugar and water together 
    2. Fry the banana pieces on 180°C until it turns golden brown, drain it once then proceed to fry it again 
    3. Sprinkle the Gold egg powder on top
