Preparation

  1. How to Make The Dough:

    • Mix bread flour, salt, granulated sugar, baking powder, salad oil and liquid milk in a bowl, stir then knead until completely mixed.
    • After kneading, rest the dough, then cover it with plastic wrap.
  2. How to Make Potato Cheese Bread Stuffing:

    • Mix 50 gr Knorr Potato Flakes with hot water, stir evenly, then add butter, sweetened condensed milk and salt.
    • Flatten the dough that has been left to rest, fill it with mozzarella cheese and potato mixture, then fold it until it forms a round shape.
    • Cook in a frying pan until brown.
    • Potato Cheese Bread is ready to be served!
