Preparation

  1. How to egg Tofu Spinach :

    • Mix eggs, soy milk, salt, Knorr Mushroom & Vegetables Seasoning and cornstarch until dissolved.
    • Finely chop the spinach then place in a bowl, then pour in the egg mixture. Wrap and steam for 40 minutes.
    • Cool in the chiller for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and fry for 2 minutes..
  2. How to Make Shimeji Sauce:

    • Saute garlic and Shimeji mushrooms until fragrant, then add water and bring to a boil
    • Add all the sauce spices, then thicken with sago flour.
    • Sauté the spinach until wilted, then arrange with the egg tofu, then drizzle with the sauce.
    • Garnish, then serve.
