Preparation

  1. How to Make Tom Yum Noodle:

    • Boil water, add galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass, coriander leaves for 15 minutes
    • After the spice aroma comes out, add Knorr Tom Yum Paste, fish sauce and sugar.
    • Then add egg noodles and evaporated milk, stir evenly, and add egg whites then bring to a boil
    • Pour into a serving plate, add boiled seafood, egg yolk, fish balls and bok choy
    • Then garnish with coriander leaves and lime slices.
