Making the dough

  • Butter 50.0 g
  • Icing Sugar 150.0 g
  • Buttery Margarine 250.0 g
  • Toff Vanilla Butter 1.0 tsp
  • rexa cookies 1.0 tsp
  • Egg Yolk (3 pieces) 60.0 g
  • Plain Flour/ All-purpose Flour 300.0 g
  • Milk Powder 25.0 g
  • Knorr Potato Flakes 500g 50.0 g
  • Dried Mango 150.0 g
  • Dried Nutmeg 50.0 g

Preparation

  1. Making the dough

    • Whisk butter, icing sugar, margarine, toff vanilla butter and rexa cookies well, and add the egg yolks. Mix them well.
    • Add flour, milk powder and potato flakes, mix them well.
    • Chop dried fruits and mix them into all ingredients above.
  2. Making the cookies

    Take the dough about 1 teaspoon and put into a baking dish and press it with a fork.
  3. Baking the cookies

    Bake the cookies in the oven until it’s ready to serve.
