Make the Dough

  • Medium Protein Flour 300.0 g
  • Refined Sugar 50.0 g
  • Knorr Potato Flakes 500g 25.0 g
  • Buttery Margarine 125.0 g
  • Choco chips 75.0 g
  • Raisins 100.0 g
  • Baking Powder 12.0 g
  • Fresh Cream 130.0 g
  • Vanilla Butter

Preparation

  1. Make the Dough

    • Mixer the flour, powdered sugar and baking powder, then add margarine. Mix until it forms rough grains.
    • Add in the other ingredients, do not over mix, then knead slowly on the table.
  2. Make the Cookies

    • Cut and shape as you prefer, smear with egg yolks and bake in 180°C for 20 – 25 minutes.
