  • Salt 0.75 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Carrot, peeled and diced 1.0 pc
  • Garlic, grated 2.0 pc
  • Nori sheets 10.0 sheet
  • All-Purpose Flour 3.0 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 1.0 tbsp
  • Ice Water 100.0 ml

Preparation

  1. How to Make Seaweed Chicken Roll:

    • Puree chicken fillet thighs with egg white and shaved ice until smooth in a food processor. Add sesame oil, Knorr Oyster Sauce, Knorr chicken Powder, salt and pepper. Blend again, then finally add the potato starch and blend.
    • Place the mixture in a bowl, add the carrots and spring onions, mix evenly. Place in a Piping bag. Fill it with Nori, roll it up and cut it into pieces. Roll in the wet mixture then fry until brown
