  • Tempura Batter
  • All-Purpose Flour 6.0 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 3.0 tbsp

  • Dashi powder 400.0 ml

Preparation

  1. How to Make Shrimp Tempura:

    • Cool the stainless bowl with ice cubes, mix all the ingredients and stir with chopsticks. Avoid making the dough too smooth. Leave the texture of the dough still having lumps.
    • Coat the shrimps in dry flour, then dip in the tempura mixture, then fry until cooked
