  • Basic White Spice 30.0 g
  • Large Shrimp (AK 30) 500.0 g

Preparation

  1. Basic Spice Ingredients:

    • Mix all ingredients, cook until fragrant, then add cloves, kaffir lime leaves, and Royco Yellow Seasoning. Cook until done and set aside.
  2. Perkedel:

    • Mix all ingredients, stir well, then add hot water. Mix until smooth.
    • Shape into 30 gr portions, set aside.
    • Fry the perkedel with beaten eggs at 170°C until golden brown. 
  3. Shrimp Satay:

    • Peel and clean the shrimp, season with basic spice, let sit for 1 hour.
    • Skewer the shrimp.
    • Grill the shrimp until cooked.   
  4. Fried Rice:

    • Heat oil. Cook eggs, rice, and basic spice.
    • Once mixed well, add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
    • Serve the fried rice with shrimp satay, perkedel, crackers, and pickles.
