  • Knorr Chicken Powder 1kg 3.0 g
  • Water 50.0 ml
  • Cornstarch 4.0 g
  • Margarine 20.0 g

Preparation

  1. How to Make Black Pepper Beef:

    • Marinate the beef with Baking Powder, stir evenly
    • Add Knorr Oyster, pepper, dark soy sauce, egg and cornstarch, stir evenly and rest for at least 30 minutes.
    • After letting it rest, fry in hot oil for 10 seconds.
    • Mix all the sauce ingredients together then set aside.
    • Fry the peppers and onions, then set aside.
    • Saute the garlic then add the sauce ingredients, then cook until thickened over low heat,
    • Add the meat, stir-fry together, then add the vegetables. Stir well until cooked then remove from heat and serve.
