  1. How to Make Buttermilk Chicken :

    • Soak the chicken in a mixture of fresh milk, lemon juice and salt, store overnight in the refrigerator.
    • Mix salt, paprika powder, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, and Knorr Chicken Powder, stir well.
    • Rub the spice mixture on the chicken, then stir until evenly mixed.
    • For dry flour, combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and remaining spice mixture, then stir evenly.
    • Mix the chicken into the flour, use the rolling technique so that the flour doesn't clump.
    • Fry the chicken for 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius, remove and drain.
