  • Long beans, boiled 300.0 g
  • Stir Fried Spaghetti With Seafood 60.0 g
  • Mature coconut, roasted, cleaned, grated 10.0 g
  • Shallots, fried 10.0 g
  • Rice 300.0 g

Broth


Grilled ribs marinated with special Balinese betutu spices. Served with spiced broth, smoked mixed rice, and tomato-pineapple matah sambal.

Preparation

  1. Chopped Spices:

    • Chop the spices until fine, then cook until fragrant and done, set aside.
  2. Meat Marination Ingredients:

    • Mix the braised beef rib ingredients, cook in a pressure cooker for 1 hour, set aside.
  3. Fruit Sambal:

    • Mix the fruit sambal ingredients, set aside.
  4. Long Bean Urap

    • Mix the urap ingredients, set aside.
  5. Broth

    • Put the rice in a terracotta pot, add broth, ribs, and 100 gr of sautéed sliced spices, cover and cook over medium heat.
    • Once cooked, serve with beef broth, fruit sambal, and long bean urap.
