Preparation

  1. How To Make Margherita Pizza:

    • Mix 500 gr medium protein flour, 25 gr Knorr potato flakes, 7 gr instant yeast, 5 gr salt and 10 gr sugar in a container, then stir with a mixer.
    • Add water after the mixuture is mixed evenly, then add vegetable oil after the water and flour mixture are mixed well.
    • After the dough is mixed evenly, knead it, then cut and weigh the dough into pieces weighing 100 grams. left it to rest for 30 minutes.
    • After letting it rest, flatten the dough thinly. Next, put 250 gr Knorr tomato Pronto, 250 gr Mozzarella Cheese, a thinly sliced fresh tomato, and a handful of Basil Leaves as the toppings.
    • Bake the pizza at 200°C, then add olive oil on top of the pizza.
    • Margherita pizza is ready to be served!
