Preparation

How to Make Potato Wedges :
- Cut the potatoes lengthwise then soak them in a bowl of water.
- Boil the potatoes in boiling water with salt added, drain then soak in cold water.
- Season the potatoes with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika powder and wheat flour, stir evenly.
- Fry the potatoes until brown, then drain.
