Preparation

  1. How to Cook Sukiyaki

    • Mix Kecap Bango, salty soy sauce, ginger, garlic, grated pear in a container. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Pour into the sukiyaki beef, mix well, and set aside.
    • Heat a frying pan, then saute the meat mixture until cooked. Before turning off the heat, add the onion slices, stir until evenly combined. Set aside.
  2. How to Make Pickles

    • Combine carrots, jicama, white sugar, rice vinegar and salt, then stir.  
  3. How to Make Sandwich

    • Brush the toast bread slices or long bun with margarine, bake in a flat skillet until brown on each sides. Fill in the lettuce, tomato, stir-fry sukiyaki, and pickles. Before put the other sandwich on the top, pour Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise.
    • Serve sandwiches with fried french fries.
