    • Cook the fine seasoning, then add the ground spices mix, coconut milk, tamarind, water, brown sugar, Knorr Chicken Powder and Katsuobushi
    • Stir well and set aside for later

    • Cook the Salmon slowly to perfection
  4. Smokey Pumpkin

    • Cook the pumpkin in boiling water
    • After cooked, mix with Knorr Mushroom & Vegetables
    • Smoke the pumpkin until a rich aroma comes out
  5. Red rice lontong

    • Mix all the ingredients, then cook to perfection then smoothen it 
    • Lay it into a banana leaf, then steam for 1 hour
