How to Make Ramen Noodle :
- Roast the baking soda for 1 hour, stir every 30 minutes.
- Dissolve 1 tsp baking soda and salt in water.
- For the ramen mixture, add 400g of wheat flour and 4g of gluten flour, then add the baking soda solution by dripping. Stir well until the mixture forms a lump.
- Keep the dough in plastic wrap for a maximum of one hour.
- Sprinkle flour over the dough, then cut it into 3 pieces. Roll until thin and noodle-shaped.
- Boil in boiling water, stir slightly until cooked and remove from heat.
- Ramen noodles are ready to be served!
