How to Make Ramen Noodle :

  • Baking Soda 6.0 g
  • Water 180.0 ml
  • Wheat Flour 400.0 g
  • Gluten Flour 2.5 tsp

Preparation

  1. How to Make Ramen Noodle :

    • Roast the baking soda for 1 hour, stir every 30 minutes.
    • Dissolve 1 tsp baking soda and salt in water.
    • For the ramen mixture, add 400g of wheat flour and 4g of gluten flour, then add the baking soda solution by dripping. Stir well until the mixture forms a lump.
    • Keep the dough in plastic wrap for a maximum of one hour.
    • Sprinkle flour over the dough, then cut it into 3 pieces. Roll until thin and noodle-shaped.
    • Boil in boiling water, stir slightly until cooked and remove from heat.
    • Ramen noodles are ready to be served!
