Preparation

Elderflower Ice Ball
- Combine Monin elderflower syrup, Monin green apple fruit mix, and water in an ice ball mould.
Tea
- Pre-brew tea - 1 tea bag in 200ml of boiling water for 4-5 mins. Cool and set aside.
- In serving glass, add ice ball. Top up with 200ml pre-brewed tea.
- Garnish with lemon wedge, apple slice and mint leaf.
