Preparation

  1. Ingredients

    1.  Combine chicken wings and Knorr Rostip, set aside  
  2. Batter mix :

    1. Mix the batter ingredients, until evenly distributed
    2. Combine flour ingredients and Knorr Rostip  
    TIPS: After the chicken wings are smeared with a scoop, they can be fried not until browned. Then freeze, for a maximum of storage in a frozen state of 1 week. Defrost chicken chicken, after which it can be fried until browned  
  3. Balut Sauce :

    1. Cook garlic and onion, add water and Knorr DemI Glace Sauce Mix
    2. Once cooked, add cooked kirm, pepper and Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder
    3. Wrap chicken wings with flour mixture, batter mix ingredients, then flour again and fry 180°C 8-10 minutes 
    TIPS: After the chicken wings are fluted with flour and then fried until half cooked, it can be boiled for a maximum of 3 months
