Preparation

  1. Filling:

    • Mix the filling ingredients until smooth, strain, then pour into a saucepan.
    • Cook the mixture over medium heat until thickened, set aside.
    • Once the filling has cooled, mix in the Knorr Lime Powder.
  2. Potato Dough Ohdading:

    • Mix the potato dough ingredients until well combined, let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. 
    • Heat oil to 160°C. 
    • Roll the dough and fry until golden brown, set aside. 
    • Once at room temperature, add the filling, and it’s ready to serve.
