Preparation

  1. How to Make Chicken Brongkos Soup

    • Prepare all ingredients, clean and set aside. Cut the chicken fillet into 4 pieces.
    • Cut the tofu into large cubes.
    • Grind the spices, except for the whole spices, coconut milk, and soy sauce, until smooth. Heat cooking oil, sauté the ground spices with the whole spices until cooked, then add the chicken and mix well.
    • Add soy sauce and water, mix well, cook until the chicken is done, add coconut milk, boil briefly, then strain and remove the chicken. Blend the broth, then cook again and add the other ingredients. Remove from heat.
    • Serve by arranging in a soup plate with the accompaniments.
