Cheese Sauce

Grilled Corn

  • Sweet Corn 1.0 kg
  • Panko flour or coarse bread flour 250.0 g
  • Cheddar Cheese, grated 200.0 g
  • Parsley, chopped 50.0 g

Preparation

  1. Cheese Sauce

    • Dissolve Knorr Cheese Sauce Mix in water, then cook and add sweetened condensed milk until boiling. Drain.   

  2. Grilled Corn

    • Cut the corn into 4 pieces, steam the corn for 15 minutes.
    • Coat the corn with cheese sauce, then roll in panko flour.
    • Bake in the oven at 240°C for 2 minutes, then serve sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese and chopped parsley.
