Preparation

  1. Coating dough :

    1. Combine the coating dough, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes  
  2. Fruits:

    1. Arrange the fruit in bamboo skewers 
    2. Fry the fruit that has been wrapped in the coating dough, until cooked and brownish, 180°C 1-2 minutes
    3. Serve Fried bananas with Mayo Yogurt topping, fried pineapple with coconut mayo and fried apples with cinnamon mayo 
  3. Topping Coconut mayo ( Pineapple) :

    1. Combine the ingredients of each topping 
     TIPS: For bananas, pineapples and apples that have been arranged on skewers, can be frozen, maximum storage 4 days
