Palm Sugar Syrup:

Ginger Flower Ice:

  • Palm Sugar Syrup 30.0 g
  • Ice Cubes 100.0 g
  • Fresh Milk 100.0 g
  • Eggs Flower 50.0 g

Preparation

  1. Egg Flower:

    • Mix all ingredients, cook until boiling, then pour into molds and cool until solid.   
  2. Palm Sugar Syrup:

    • Cook the palm sugar syrup until thickened. 
  3. Ginger Flower Ice:

    • Pour palm sugar syrup into a glass.
    • Add ice cubes, fresh milk, and ginger flower.
