  1. How to Make Peda Fried Rice:

    • Prepare all ingredients, wash as needed, then set aside.
    • Heat cooking oil, then fry the salted fish until cooked, drain, take only the meat, and set aside.
    • Grind the sambal ingredients, then sauté with the oil used for frying the fish until fragrant. Add the rice, mix well, then add the salted fish, soy sauce, and sliced young noni leaves. Season to taste, then remove from heat and serve.
    • Arrange the fried rice on a serving plate, complete with the accompaniments, and serve.
