Preparation

  1. Filling Ingredients:

    • Heat cooking oil, sauté onions and carrots until cooked. 
    • Add ground beef and the remaining ingredients, cook until thickened. If necessary, add all-purpose flour.   
  2. Croquette Dough:

    • Mix the croquette ingredients until combined, set aside. 
    • Shape the croquette dough into 30 gr balls, fill with 15 gr of filling, close and shape into balls. 
    • Dip the croquette balls into beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs. 
    • Heat cooking oil to 170°C, fry the croquettes until golden brown.   
  3. Honey Mustard Mayo:

    • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. croquette:

    • Shape the croquette dough into balls of 30 grams each and add 15 grams of filling, then close and shape into balls. 
    • Dip the croquette balls into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. 
    • Heat the oil to 170°C and fry the croquettes until golden brown.
