  1. How to Make Steamed Chicken with Black Soybeans:

    •  Dry the chicken and cut it into pieces. 
    •  Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, broth powder, sugar, pepper, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 30 minutes. 
    •  Slice the scallions, place them in a bowl, then add salt and mushroom broth powder.
    •  Heat oil, pour it over the scallions, then add sesame oil and mix well.
    •  Slice the ginger, place the chicken on a stainless or heat-resistant plate. Divide into two portions and place the ginger on top. 
    • Steam for 25-30 minutes.
